Digital asset management for small teams

Keep the photograph. Route it where the work needs it.

Media Browser Pro is a digital asset system for small teams and media organizations. Find the frame, keep the caption in the file, and send it on without a download and a second upload. The same library is a low-cost way for athletics departments and teams to route images for NIL and social media. A CMS such as WordPress is one place those images can go.

In development: Media Browser Pro is not yet open for public use or purchase.

One studio. Three jobs.

Each app owns one part of the story.

The photograph moves forward. It is not copied into a second way of working. Camera, desktop, and library stay separate so a newsroom, a class, or an athletics staff can use the piece it needs.

01 / Field

Frame Intake

A professional camera reaches the assignment inbox while coverage is still happening. Originals stay in storage the organization controls.

02 / Desk

Image Browser Pro

See the photograph, write the caption, shape the edit, teach on the frame, and prepare the set that is ready to leave the desktop.

Work the chosen set like a wire picture desk, then push it to the CMS you publish in. The embedded metadata stays the record.

Who it is for

One library for the desk, the publication, and the athletics feed.

Built for small teams and media organizations that need a place to keep photographs and route them. Athletics departments and teams can use it the same way when they need a low-cost path for NIL and social images. A non-profit newsroom is one kind of small media desk. WordPress is one CMS the library can reach.

Small teams and media

There is no photo librarian on the desk. The person who needs last season’s frame is the same person filing today’s story. Search, select, and send.

Athletics, NIL, and social

A department or a team can keep game and portrait photography in one library and route the frame that a NIL post or a social channel needs, without a second download and upload.

Out to the system you already use

Captions, alt text, and titles go with the file. That send can land in WordPress or another CMS through a plugin, or in the social workflow the team already runs.

From the chosen frame to the publication

It feels like a wire picture desk.

  1. 01 / Receive
Take the set that is ready.

Image Browser Pro owns the local review. Media Browser Pro receives the photographs that should enter the organization, and reads the IPTC and XMP already in the file.

  2. 02 / Decide
Cull and approve in the open.

Work the grid, the list, or the loupe. Rate, label, select, and move a frame from draft to selected to published. An approval queue keeps that decision explicit.

  3. 03 / Deliver
    Send it without downloading it.

Build a sequence and push the photographs, with captions, alt text, and titles, into the CMS. When you need that frame again, find it in the archive and send it back the same way. No download, no second upload. The same delivery works for WordPress and for other CMSs through a custom plugin. An archive mirror keeps a folder you can still browse.

The same story, three stops

Plugins carry the story past the desk.

A plugin takes the approved sequence and delivers the files with the metadata still attached. WordPress is one CMS that plugin can reach. The same job can be done for another CMS. Frame Intake does not keep the permanent library. Image Browser Pro does not become the newsroom’s system of record. Media Browser Pro starts when a set is chosen and the desk needs to keep it, approve it, and move it.

The file is the record

The caption lives in the photograph. The library makes it searchable.

Most systems treat the database as the truth and the file as a leftover. Media Browser Pro keeps the embedded IPTC and XMP as the record a photographer already wrote. The library is the mirror you can search, filter, and share. When the file and the library disagree, that drift is visible instead of silent. Your organization can keep originals in storage it controls.

Bring the chosen set home

Give a small team a place for its photographs.

Media Browser Pro is a digital asset system being prepared for small teams and media organizations, and for athletics departments and teams that need a low-cost way to route images for NIL and social media. A CMS such as WordPress is one destination. Non-profit status is one reason a desk is lean. It is not a requirement. Public access, hosting, and licensing are not open yet.
